| All my pet portraits are hand painted in watercolor with artist quality paints on acid free paper and are signed and dated in gold ink. I paint anything with fur, feathers, or scales, and amphibians. I work from photographs. I can paint more than one animal in the same painting even if they are not in the same photo. If you are interested in commissioning a portrait all I need to get started is a good photo or two of the face of the animal(s) in question, the size that you would like, and if you have a certain color that you would like included in the painting. Depending on the time of year and size of the painting, the turn around time is typically less than 2 weeks and can be negotiated if you need it sooner. Gift certificates are available, all I need to know is what size of painting you would like the certificate to be for. They are pretty and make a great gift. My current commission rates are as follows: 4 x 6in_________$25 5 x 7in_________$35 6 x 9in_________$40 8 x 10in________$50 9 x 12in________$60 11 x 14in_______$75 +$30 per extra pet in painting Anything bigger, just ask.
